Mariko Mitsui’s passion outside work includes being an avid fútbol (soccer) fan. She is a proud mom of two and travels the world supporting her sons at their soccer tournaments.

Transaction and Listing Coordinator

While the rest of our team is providing you the best full customer service, showing you homes, and discussing tips and strategies, you’ll find Tomoka working vigorously behind the scenes.

Her two main roles include being our outstanding transaction coordinator as well as our listing preparation coordinator, coordinating vendors to get your home ready for sale. Once your offer has been accepted or your home gets into a contract, the transaction is far from over. From here, Tomoka excels at keeping all parties informed and on track, helps monitor inspections, appraisals, and is in constant contact with the escrow and title team, providing you updates on the loan and escrow processes to ensure a successful closing. Tomoka’s excellent communication skills, eagerness to help, and friendly demeanor make her an excellent resource for our clients.

Tomoka grew up in Japan and has one beautiful daughter. In her free time, she is an avid hiker, loves traveling, and eating delicious food.

Now primarily focused on marketing, Mariko Marie is responsible for developing and implementing online and traditional marketing for our team and for creating content that showcases our clients’ homes in the most attractive light so they stand out in the marketplace. As a PNW native, Mariko Marie has always had a passion for real estate and design. Mariko Marie now works remotely making our team and our listings shine.
