The condition of your home is always the most important. Typically, in this market, it is beneficial to have your home pre-inspected even before going on the market and repair those major ticket items that may come up down the road in inspection negotiations.
As part of our RELLA MARKET READY PROGRAM, we have taken the financial burden off our sellers so they can make the necessary enhancements and repairs to their property to be market-ready without paying the costs upfront with NO interest ever.

WE MAKE YOU STAND OUT
Our staging services are included and are done in house. We have decided to take this extra step to take that extra burden off our clients so we can work on the timeline that is best for our sellers so we don’t miss out on timing, instead of the staging company. (Typically staging companies require 2-3 weeks’ notice) In addition, because our consultation also includes a staging consultation that time, we have made it possible to put your home on the market within a week from our consultation.
We are also able to stage your home even if you are still living there. We use "spot staging" to use the current furniture at your home while adding extra furniture and decoration items as needed. (* Staging will vary depending on the area, size, and price range. Please contact us for details.)
