Downtown "WEST" BELLEVUE

West Bellevue is comprised of affluent urban neighborhoods, an impressive combination of luxury high-rise condominiums, upscale retailers, and fine dining. Due to its impressive skyline, and views of Lake Washington and Downtown Seattle, West Bellevue is known to be home to many of Washington’s successful business personnel and prominent public figures. West Bellevue will also be served by the South Bellevue light rail station and South Bellevue Park & Ride, providing easy access to Seattle and downtown Bellevue.

EAST BELLEVUE

Bellevue is a beautiful well-established safe city that presents a way of life many can wish for with its steady per capita income, thriving companies, a boom tech industry, great schools, convenience, and opportunities.
